Terms and Conditions for Mobile Tire Replacement Services
1. Service Area
Our services are strictly available to customers within the designated service area. Please provide your exact location, a working contact number, and any additional instructions to ensure timely arrival. If the service location is outside the specified range, additional charges for travel may apply and will be communicated in advance.
2. Service Fees and Payments
• Service fees are based on a fixed rate depending on the type of work required (tire replacement, puncture repair, etc.).
• Any additional or unexpected costs, such as the need for new parts, will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
• Payment must be made immediately after the service is completed. We accept cash or card payments only.
• Failure to settle the payment at the time of service may result in legal actions or additional fees.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are final. Once the service has been provided and the payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you understand and agree to the scope of work before we begin.
4. Customer Responsibility
• Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle and tire conditions. Providing incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delays or the inability to perform the service.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the service area is safe and accessible (e.g., parked in a safe spot with enough space for the technician to work).
• Any personal belongings in or around the vehicle must be removed prior to the start of the service.
5. Scheduling and Arrival Times
While we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
• Traffic or road closures.
• Weather conditions.
• Unexpected technical issues with our vehicle or equipment.
The customer will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.
6. Liability and Warranties
• We guarantee the quality of our work during the service; however, we are not liable for:
• Pre-existing damages to the vehicle or tires.
• Issues caused by road hazards or improper use of the vehicle post-service.
• Damages due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
• Our services do not include warranties for used or third-party products, such as second-hand tires provided by the customer.
7. Safety Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is safe for road use after the service. Our team will perform the requested service to the best of our ability, but the customer should perform regular checks or consult a mechanic for additional concerns.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
• The environment is unsafe for our technician to work (e.g., roadside dangers).
• The customer behaves inappropriately or refuses to comply with payment terms.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for both parties.
